Welcome to Sukur668. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

5.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the Sukur668 platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian contact number. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Sukur668 will never contact you by any means to request your password or full payment credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your Sukur668 account;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report any unauthorised access to Sukur668.

5.3 KYC Verification

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency equivalent is specified.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly to your Sukur668 balance.
• Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 5–10 minutes, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations for each respective coin.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Deposits made solely for the purpose of money transfers without gaming activity are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified in our Payment Guide, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing times of up to 3 business days in addition to any payment provider processing time.
• Sukur668 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Sukur668 offers various promotional programmes to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified for each individual promotion.

Any activity that Sukur668 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotional offers, low-risk hedging strategies using bonus funds, collusion between accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the cancellation of any bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the Sukur668 platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, table games, sports betting markets, and esports wagering — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events recorded in real time.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined in accordance with Sukur668's sports betting rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the affected round may be voided and any staked amount refunded. Sukur668 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for slot games are provided by the relevant game provider and represent theoretical long-term averages, not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sukur668 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information in connection with sports betting or esports wagering;
• Conducting any activity that Sukur668 reasonably believes to constitute money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account;

• Accessing the Platform using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions or identity verification requirements;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Sukur668 account.

10.1 Suspension by Sukur668

Sukur668 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• At the request of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform;
• Where a self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request closure of their Sukur668 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of unapplied bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on game outcomes, odds, or information displayed on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go, or any other third-party payment service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Sukur668's total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
